Johnson Technical Systems was established in 2004 with a mission to take a new look at the IT support industry.
The strategy was to create a support company that provided a more comprehensive and personal service than competitors, and we’ve taken advantage of key atomisation technologies which have allowed the business to operate more proactively.
Our philosophy has always been that we should establish more personal, long-term relationships with our clients, and our five star customer service has been something we’ve been proud of over 14 years.
Simon founded Johnson Technical Systems in 2004 having spent time working in the IT departments of large businesses. He took what he’d learned and developed a way to deliver large scale service to SMEs.
The landscape has changed since the early days, with the introduction of cloud and security services, but the ethos remains the same: providing a one-stop-shop together with an honest, personal service.
Nick joined Johnson Technical Systems in 2009 having spent the previous decade working in London’s financial district in Investment Banking. One of the first tasks after joining the business was to establish a number of key supplier relationships, so that the business could fulfil customer hardware and software requirements.
Today this continues to be a thriving area within the company, and Nick’s daily duties include forging new relationships with new businesses and looking after clients the business already has.
